Project Task: Track-mounted wall sawing, technical demolition, debris handling and removal.

Project Details: On this project at Benedictine College we were brought in to remove several wing walls to make way for extensive renovations. While safety and productivity were critical issues it was also a high priority to make precise cuts and remove the concrete without causing any collateral damage.

We used remote control track mounted wall saws to do all of the cutting as this satisfied the needs of our customer. For the technical demolition we used our BROKK 100 remote control demolition robot. Using our in-house fabrication shop we built a custom platform that allowed us to mount the BROKK 100 and then safely lift it into position using a telehandler.

On different occasions we observed the students gathering outside to watch the demo robot in action as they were fascinated to see this technology being used at their campus.

Our tasks on this project included the following:

Track mounted wall sawing
Technical demolition
Debris handling
Debris removal

Project Details: This project highlights our approach to expedited concrete pour back service. In this example, we were able to pour back 100's of feet of trench in about half a day. Commercial tenant finish projects benefit greatly from rapid work progression because the sooner the end user can open for business the better.

By coordinating closely with the General Contractor and Sub-Contractors we were able to schedule each phase of our scope of work for enhanced productivity and reduced cost. It's the team work that makes the dream work!

Our well trained technicians provided maximum safety and production to easily satisfy the demands of this job and everything was completed on budget and ahead of schedule. Our tasks on this project included the following:

Project Details: This Kansas City concrete coring project included more than 800 8 1/2" - 9" holes in a 7" suspended slab. Although most of the slab was not level all of the core holes had to be drilled perfectly vertical.

Our scope of work was closely coordinated with the HVAC contractor who was installing a high-tech heating and cooling system through the floor. We staffed the job according to the needs of our customer and everything was completed on time and on budget.
